As we continue to grow, we want to create more opportunities for creators already within our community to step into leadership and support roles. This internal Creator Manager opportunity is designed for current WE ARE ELIXIR creators who want to take a more active role in helping others thrive.
Role Description
A Creator Manager plays an important part in the day-to-day creator experience at WE ARE ELIXIR. This role is centred around people. It is about helping other creators feel supported, encouraged, organised, and confident in their journey.
As a Creator Manager, you would be someone creators can rely on. You would help build positive relationships, offer guidance, check in with creators, support them through challenges, and help them stay connected to the wider community. You would also help reflect and protect the values that make WE ARE ELIXIR what it is, including inclusivity, family-friendly standards, respect, encouragement, and a non-punitive approach to growth.
This is not about being overly corporate or controlling. It is about being a calm, dependable, people-focused presence who can communicate well, support others with empathy, and help create an environment where creators feel safe to grow.
Formal management experience is not required. We are looking for people who naturally support others, communicate with care, stay organised, and want to make a positive difference within the community.
What We Look For
We are looking for creators who lead with empathy, communicate clearly, and genuinely care about helping others succeed. A strong fit for this role will usually be someone who is approachable, emotionally mature, reliable, encouraging, and aligned with the values of WE ARE ELIXIR.
It is a plus if you have already supported other creators, helped people through challenges, encouraged others in the community, or shown leadership in informal ways. We value potential, attitude, and community mindset just as much as direct experience.
